Orchestrator (ELMA RPA server) is service software installed on a separate PC. Its main purpose is registration and distribution of the process tasks between active bots. When running a process from the Orchestrator, you set the parameters for its execution. The Orchestrator ensures interaction of external systems with the process execution, as well as registers and differentiates the system user rights.

Orchestrator is only available for the users with the administrator role. Users with the editor role cannot access the Orchestrator.

In the Orchestrator you can work with tasks, ELMA RPA user profiles, groups, and bots that interact with the server, processes, and external systems available for interaction with ELMA RPA.
