1. ELMA365 On-Premises 2022.11 includes all the ELMA365 SaaS 2022.11 updates, as well as the following changes:
   Added a link to the latest version within the scope of a minor update, for example, 2022.11-latest.
2. Added the capability to install the Audit service on networks without internet access.
3. The helm package elma365-dbs is supplemented with parameters for creating databases for ELMA Bot.
4. Fixed an error in performing database backups when running ELMA365 in Docker (KinD) behind a reverse proxy server with SSL.
