Restore from archive

The Restore from Archive activity allows you to make an archived project active again.

Use this activity in the business process whenever you need to restore a project. For example, you can place if after the task in which the Project Manager decides whether the project needs to be resumed.

Only users with the paid ELMA365 Projects license can use the Restore from Archive activity.

Before configuring the activity, create an App type variable in the process context and link it to the Projects app. In the process, the item of the Projects app that needs to be restored will be written to this variable.

After that, drag the Restore from Archive activity to the process diagram, place it where needed, and double-click on it. In the window that opens, select the variable you created.
