Digital signature providers (CryptoPro, NCA)

In ELMA365, you can use CryptoPro and NCA standard modules for signing documents with a digital signature. They allow you to sign attributes of app items, document files, and resolutions in approval tasks.

CryptoPro

To enable the module:

1. Go to Administration > Modules > CryptoPro.  
2. Select a signature format from the drop-down list:

• CADES_BES (default option).
• CADESCOM_CADES_T.
• CADESCOM_CADES_X_LONG_TYPE_1.

3. For CADESCOM_CADES_T and CADESCOM_CADES_X_LONG_TYPE_1 formats, specify the address of the timestamp service server.
4. Save the settings.
5. Click Enable.

The module requires installed CryptoPro CSP software, CryptoPro Browser Plug-in, and an installed digital signature certificate. If CADESCOM_CADES_T and CADESCOM_CADES_X_LONG_TYPE_1 advanced signature formats are used, the certificate must contain an indication of the OSCP service.

NCA

To connect the module:

1. Go to Administration > Modules > NCA.
2. Click Enable.

No additional settings are required. You need to install the NCA digital signature certificate directly for signing.
