Low-code designer > Set up interfaces > Widget types > CRM widgets / Most recent activity

Most recent activity

The widget can be used on the view forms of leads and deals. It shows the date of the most recent interaction with the app item. It shows:

  • The date of the nearest planned CRM task associated with the item and the number of days left before its due date.
  • The date of the most recent comment in the associated activity stream if there are no active CRM tasks associated with the item.

The widget allows you to track items that sales reps haven’t worked with for a long time.

By default, the widget is placed on the sidebar of leads and deals. If the widget is not displayed, add it to the view forms of these apps manually.

Add the widget

To place the widget on a form, drag it from the right-side panel of the interface designer to the modeling canvas or click +Widget. Read more about adding widgets in the Add a widget to a page article.

In the window that opens, configure the widget.

Main tab

last-activity-1

  • Object*, App*. These fields are filled out automatically based on the app whose view form you’re configuring.
  • Show day counter*. If you check this box, the widget will show how many days has passed since a user last interacted with the item or how many days are left until the due date of the nearest planned CRM task. This option is enabled by default.

Click Save.

Events and System tabs

These tabs contain system settings similar for all widgets. They allow you to set the widget’s visibility and access permissions, configure the widget’s behavior when the user hovers over it, etc. Read more about these settings in the System widget settings article.

To make the form available to users, click Save and Publish on the interface designer toolbar.
