A live chat can be set up for different types of users: external users such as customers and partners, or internal users, such as company employees.
For an internal user to send a message to a Live Chat:
- Go to Messages.
- Click on the headset symbol
in the search bar on the top of the page. Select a live chat.
- Send a message to the live chat.
Conversations in a live chat are no different to regular messaging: you can both chat and attach files.
