ChatDesk for internal users

A live chat can be set up for different types of users: for external users such as customers and partners, or for internal users, such as company employees.

For an internal user to send a message to a live chat:

  1. Go to Messages.
  2. Click on the headset symbol chatlines_2 in the search bar on the top of the page. Select a live chat.
  3. Send a message to the live chat.

Conversations in a live chat are no different to regular messaging: you can both chat and attach files.
