This widget is used to provide quick access to various system actions: launching a business process, creating a task, creating apps and workspace items.
Fill out the settings in the pop-up window.
Events and System tabs
These tabs are similar for all widgets. They allow you to set the widget’s visibility and access permissions, configure the widget’s behavior when the user hovers over it, etc.To learn more about these settings, see System widget settings.
To finish configuration, click Save.
To make the form available to users, click Save and Publish in the designer's toolbar.
After you add the Create button to the form, you can check how it works. When you click on it, the menu with available actions should open. From the menu, you can, for instance, create a new app item or start an associated business process. The options for creating a task and starting a process are available by default. The other options depend on whether you have certain system or custom workspaces.
The Task and Start Business Process options are available by default. Also, in this example, the custom workspaces Agreements, HR, Documents, Clients are available. You can open any of the workspaces and create and app item or run an associated business process.
