This widget is used to provide quick access to the various system actions. You can launch a business process, create tasks, create app and workspace items using this widget.
To configure the widget, drag it to the canvas or click +Widget. Enter the settings in the pop-up window.
The Hide, Read only, HTML styles, On mouse enter handler, On mouse leave handler settings are the system widget settings. Read more about them in this article.
To finish the configuration, click Save and Publish.
After you add the Create button to the form, you can click on it and select the menu item you want. Create task and process launch items are available by default. The other items appear only if the corresponding system and user workspaces are created. When you select such item, you can go to the workspace, create an app item, or launch a business process for the selected workspace.
Create task and process launch items are available for user by default. If you configure the Agreements, HR, Documents, Clients workspaces, they will be available in the button menu. The user will be able to create an app item or launch a business process for these workspaces.
