The Status in Diadoc widget is used to track the status of a document sent from ELMA365 to the Diadoc EDMS system. By default, the widget is displayed on the side panel of the document page, although you can place it elsewhere while creating the document form.
The widget is available only if the Diadoc module is installed and enabled.
Set up the widget
Open the view form of a Document in the interface designer. On the side panel, select the widget and click on the gear icon. The settings window opens, featuring three tabs:
- Main. The App item field is filled out automatically depending on the app you are working with.
- Events, System. These tabs are for system settings that are the same for all the widgets. They allow you to configure a widget’s visibility and access to its data, define what happens, when the user moves or hovers the pointer over the widget, etc.
There are no more settings available because the status is passed from Diadoc automatically. To learn more see Using Diadoc.
