Generate documents from templates

ELMA365 provides the generation of documents from a template for working with standard documents.

You can generate any kind of documents, from a purchase agreement to a vacation application. All you have to do is load the template into the system and configure the Generate from template element in the document route.

For example, when concluding a deal, the manager does not have to manually enter all the order details, amount, contractor details, etc. The system will automatically fill in this data from the deal card, and the manager will receive a ready-made file.

If you need to set up several templates, use the Generate from File activity. This is useful for cases when, depending on the contract's type, it is generated from one of the templates.
