Linked tasks

The Linked tasks widget adds a section to a task form where employees can create subtasks and checklists. This allows breaking down larger tasks into smaller ones or dividing up the work among multiple people. 

To configure the widget, drag it to the canvas or click +Widget. Enter the settings in the pop-up window.

  • Item*. Click <Context> and select the needed variable. It automatically links to the business process context.

The Hide, Read only, HTML styles, On mouse enter handler, On mouse leave handler settings are the system widget settings. Read more about them in this article.

To finish the configuration, click Save and Publish.
