Display of apps in the left menu

Only users included in the Administrators group can manage the display of apps in the left menu.

конец внимание

Click Set up in a workspaces left menu.

The settings window will open. It has two tabs: Active Apps and Recycle Bin.

Active Apps tab

The Active Apps tab shows all apps that are available to users.

Here you can:

  • Change the order of apps, separators, links, and pages in the left menu by dragging and dropping them in the list.
  • Hide an app from the left menu. Note that a hidden app will still be accessible via a URL and will be available for use in business processes.
  • Delete an app, page, separator or link. Deleted elements are moved to the Recycle Bin and become unavailable to users.

Recycle Bin tab

The Recycle Bin tab shows deleted apps, links, pages, and separators.

You can restore deleted elements of the left menu at any moment. To do that, click the Restore button opposite the element’s name. The element will be moved to the Active Apps tab. It will appear in the left menu and become available to users.
