By default, the Deals app contains a page called Unallocated. All newly created deals with the New status are automatically added to this page. When the deal's status changes, it is removed from the Unallocated page.
On this page, entries are displayed as a table. This view cannot be changed.
If necessary, you can customize the columns, sort the table entries by parameters, or specify the number of rows.
To do that, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page and select Table Settings.
You can apply the following bulk actions to the deals on the Unallocated page: assign several deals to a user, delete them, edit data on their pages, change their status, or move them to other pipelines.
Only users who have the permissions to edit and delete deals can use bulk actions. Read more in the Access settings for CRM apps article.
To use a bulk action, check the boxes next to several deals. In the upper right corner of the page, select one of the available actions.
