The “All” page provides a list of deals accessible for a user through all the pipelines. The deals are displayed in a table. You can sort the table records entries by a parameter or set how many entries should be displayed.
To do that, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the page and select Table settings.
You also can use the following bulk actions in deals: re-assigning, moving to other pipelines, changing status.
To apply bulk actions, select two or morel deals. Assign and Change status buttons will appear in the top right corner of the page.
- The Assign button allows you to assign the deal to a new sales rep. The system will notify the corresponding user through the activity stream.
- The Change status button allows you to change the status of several deals at once. In the Change status window, you can also move the selected deals to another pipeline.
Only users who have Edit permissions can see and use the Change status button. You can read more about Access permissions in the “Access to deals and pipelines” article.
You can also filter deals by a specific parameter first and then apply bulk actions to them. To do that, click the Search by parameters icon in the search field. In the window that opens, you can use pre-configured filters or select search parameters by yourself, such as a responsible user, client, and a potential closing date.
Once you do that, click the Search button and apply bulk actions to search results.
