This function is intended for importing a solution to the company by downloading a ready-made solution from the Store365 catalog or downloading a file of a .e365. format.
Import a solution from a file
This method allows you to import solutions to the company by uploading a file of the .e365 format. When you import a solution that includes a custom workspace, you import all its apps, pages, separators, links, and business processes.
When you import a solution that includes system workspaces, you can select fields and apps added by users of the system in which the solution was created and exported. For more information on creating a solution, see the related help article.
To start importing the solution, click the Add Workspace button on the main page in the left menu.
In the window that opens, go to the Solutions tab. Click +Solution. In the dropdown list, select Import.
Select a file to upload from your computer or from the system files. Please note that the system supports files only of the .e365 format.
In the window that opens, you can view the links to the imported workspaces and their apps, as well as a description of the solution.
Click Next to continue installing the solution.
When the installation is complete, you will see a corresponding notification.
